Cysts
Cysts is the graduate film from Martin M. Meier, who tells us an almost unbelievable story based on real events.
Anja Wendt a young woman observes strange movements in the belly of her mother who lies in coma already for some years. The medical director tries to tranquilize Anja, when he explains that these movements are caused by harmless cysts which can easily be eliminated by an operation. Anja does not totally trust him therefore she undertakes her mother to an ultrasonic testing and finds out that her mother is pregnant. Gradually Anja finds out, that she and her mother are in the hands of a criminal gang who does not stop at nothing.
