“Even after the sepa­ra­ti­on, Napo­le­on remain­ed obses­si­ve and wro­te over 228 let­ters to José­phi­ne – she rare­ly repli­ed. Her life was a con­flict bet­ween self-deter­mi­na­ti­on and depen­dence. The short film tells her sto­ry as a dream in which past and pre­sent mer­ge. A visu­al reflec­tion on power, depen­den­cy and per­sis­tent rela­ti­onship pat­terns.“
